Cancellation Policy

BATHA Mobile Application & Website

At BATHA, we value your convenience and time. This Cancellation Policy outlines the terms and conditions under which customers, vendors, and delivery partners may cancel orders placed through the BATHA platform.


1. Order Cancellation by Customer

Allowed Before Vendor Confirmation

Customers may cancel an order before it is accepted or confirmed by the vendor/store. In such cases:

  • No cancellation charges will apply

  • The full amount (if prepaid) will be eligible for a refund, as per our Refund Policy

Not Allowed After Confirmation

Once an order is accepted and processed by the vendor or dispatched for delivery, cancellation is not permitted, especially for:

  • Fresh food and cooked items

  • Medicines or perishable goods

  • Time-sensitive orders (e.g., express delivery)


2. Order Cancellation by BATHA or Vendor

Your order may be cancelled from our end due to:

  • Unavailability of product or stock

  • Incorrect delivery address or unreachable contact

  • Vendor operational issues (e.g., store closed, system error)

  • Violation of BATHA’s terms or suspected fraudulent activity

If the order is prepaid, a full refund will be initiated as per the Refund Policy.


3. Repeated Cancellations or Misuse

BATHA reserves the right to limit, suspend, or block user accounts that:

  • Frequently place and cancel orders without valid reasons

  • Engage in suspicious or fraudulent behavior

  • Abuse refund or cancellation systems


4. Cancellation for Cash on Delivery Orders

If a COD order is confirmed and then refused at the time of delivery without a valid reason:

  • The customer may be marked for limited payment options in the future

  • Repeated offenses may result in account suspension


5. How to Cancel an Order

  • Go to My Orders in the BATHA App

  • Click on the active order and select "Cancel" (if eligible)

  • Or contact support immediately if cancellation is required urgently
