BATHA Mobile Application

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) constitute a legally binding agreement between you (“User,” “you,” or “your”) and BATHA Enterprises (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) regarding your use of the BATHA mobile application and website (collectively, the “Services”). By accessing, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.
You must be at least 18 years of age and capable of entering into a legally binding agreement under Indian law. By using the App, you confirm that you meet these requirements.
The BATHA App offers users the ability to:
Order and receive delivery of medicines, groceries, food, meat, electronics, e-Commerce and essentials
Access hyperlocal delivery services within operational zones
Engage with local vendors and delivery personnel for fast and convenient service
To access full functionality, Users must register an account. You agree to:
Provide accurate and up-to-date information
Keep login credentials secure
Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts in the event of false information or breach of these Terms.
Orders are subject to confirmation by vendors and product availability.
Delivery windows range between 10 to 60 minutes, depending on item type, distance, and zone.
Orders may be rejected, delayed, or modified for operational reasons including stock, weather, or traffic.
All transactions are processed in INR through secure payment gateways integrated in the App.
Accepted payment methods include UPI, cards, wallets, and cash on delivery (where applicable).
Prices and offers are subject to change without prior notice.
Orders can be cancelled only before vendor confirmation.
Once an order is confirmed and dispatched, cancellations are not permitted.
Refunds, where applicable, will be processed within 1–2 business days via the original payment method.
BATHA reserves the right to deny refund requests that do not comply with our policy.
Vendors must maintain updated product listings, stock availability, and fulfill orders promptly.
Delivery partners are expected to follow assigned protocols, ensure order accuracy, and deliver on time.
Repeated non-compliance may result in suspension or delisting from the platform.
You agree not to:
Use the App or website for unlawful purposes
Impersonate any person or entity
Interfere with the operation or security of the App
Post false, harmful, or offensive content
Violations will lead to immediate termination and potential legal action.
All content, designs, software, trademarks, and branding on the App and website are the exclusive property of BATHA Enterprises. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution is strictly prohibited and may result in legal consequences.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, BATHA shall not be liable for any:
Indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages
Losses due to delivery delays, vendor errors, or user misuse
Disruption caused by technical or external factors
Use of the App is at your own risk.
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the App or website after changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Thoubal, Manipur.
