BATHA Mobile Application & Website

At BATHA, we are committed to delivering your orders quickly, safely, and efficiently. This Shipping Policy explains how and when your items will be delivered based on your location and product type.


1. Delivery Areas

Currently, BATHA operates within:

  • Thoubal and nearby areas within a 10 km radius

  • Additional zones will be added as part of our phased expansion


2. Delivery Timeframe

  • Quick Delivery Zone:
    Most orders are delivered within 10 to 60 minutes, depending on item type, store location, and traffic.

  • Standard Delivery:
    Some non-urgent items (e.g., electronics) may take up to 2–4 hours based on availability.

Note: All delivery times are estimates and may vary due to weather, traffic, or operational delays.


3. Delivery Charges

  • Free delivery on select items or above minimum cart value (as displayed in the app)

  • Standard delivery fee applies based on distance, order type, and promotional offers (visible before checkout)


4. Order Tracking

  • Real-time order tracking is available in the “My Orders” section of the app

  • You’ll receive notifications when:

    • Order is confirmed

    • Order is picked up

    • Order is out for delivery


5. Missed Deliveries

If the delivery fails due to incorrect address, unreachable phone number, or customer unavailability:

  • The order may be returned to the store

  • Re-delivery may incur an additional charge or may not be possible depending on the item
